Bought this to keep an eye on our pet, and the house when we are out of town. Purchased a monthly plan that is supposed to keep the activity videos, and to alert us if camera detects something/someone. The videos keeps logging off, and it never send an alert when I purposely stand in front of the camera, or when our pet is out in the yard. Contacted customer service, and did EVERYTHING they tell me to correct” it, but nothing. But that’s not the worst part about this camera, it gets very “confused” (mostly at night), and it keeps rotating, even when I turned off detection, AND, when rotation finally stops, it faces the wall, or the very corner of our fence! I mean what is the purpose of having a safety camera, when it’s not showing you what you need to see? VERY disappointing, and when I read reviews of this camera online, so many consumers were complaining of the same thing! Maybe the company really needs to look into this problem, and sell us something that works for our need??? The two stars is for the clear picture at daylight.
Note: we have a different brand installed inside our house, and it works fine. The above camera was installed on our deck, so we don’t know what the issues are…..
